Uncertain Flight

I think the reason KJ is looking so uncertain is that I gave him the face I was making while painting this. OwO;

No, I'm not much of a painter, but when painted my angular anti-hero Beastly for me (vladimirsangel.deviantart.com/… out of the goodness of her heart, I wanted to return the favour in kind. I'm not the watercolour wizard she is, but I did what I could to paint up the character she was playing when I met her... gosh, it must have been about eight years ago by now. o_o Wow.

KJ's a dream spirit and this cat-dragon creature was more or less how he was back then, so it seemed the best form for a subject.
This marks the first time I've touched watercolours in longer than I can remember, and it definitely shows. But I think I managed to pull it together a little when the inks went down. This took me way, WAY too long to finish, partly because I was busy at home, partly because I was embarrassed by the half-painting I'd completed.

But I couldn't leave you hanging, could I you angel you? :3 I hope it's to your liking, bearing in mind it was the trembling hand of a rank amateur that wrought it. There are definitely a few bits here and there that I do like though, so I can be reasonably happy presenting it.
